Writing….
So I started writing again.
Just short 99 word flash fiction from prompts. I enjoy writing these and find that I can focus on going where the story takes me. Not much to think about but at the end a satisfying achievement.

I’m not sure how many old friends are still here? I guess the enthusiasm that initially brings people to Tumblr eventually wears off. Or we move on to other creative (?) out lets.
Lives change and tastes change and then there’s the addiction to social media, the baring of our souls and the intimate details we give away either openly or subliminally.
I haven’t been around her for a while. To be honest the same images flashing through my mind on each scroll of my dash bought a certain amount of boredom with them. At various times I’ve tried to pick up where I left off, tried different image profiling (to rejuvenate my thrill of being here) but to no real avail.
Anyone who takes time to look through my archive will see that I wrote, posted a few select images and interspersed these with music, as did some of the people I eventually followed. Over time the music and the written posts fell away to just a stream of images.
So I’ve decided perhaps the time is right to return….. with a more genuine to me out lay.
